Project Story

The client approached BuildingTeam with the request to transform the existing property into attractive and highly marketable spaces, with a focus on fostering a sense of community. Additionally, the visuals needed to be appealing for sales purposes. We began by researching what was feasible and desirable at that time, specifically for the market in that location. In close collaboration with our design team, standard furnishing packages were developed, making the concept scalable.

The designteam of BuildingTeam then focused on the sales phase, utilizing floor plans, 3D axonometric drawings, and renders. It was crucial that buyers immediately understood what they would be getting for their investment. Throughout the process, there was continuous coordination between our design team and the construction team to ensure that the designs were both technically feasible and easy to implement.

The final step involved the design and realization of the garden, where the theme of community was once again emphasized. The large garden, accessible to all apartments, was designed to serve as a meeting place for the new residents.

At present, a few units are still on the market, and construction will begin soon. The project is being overseen by BuildingTeam and executed by affiliated contractors, with ongoing coordination between our construction and design teams. Upon project completion, photos of the final result will be shared.
